Mr. Schaeffer has is a graduate of Abilene Christian University and has over 15 years of experience in the community and development space.
He currently serves as a Principal for The Alder Group located at Watters Creek in Allen. He has extensive experience as an entrepreneur and business owner in the restaurant industry.
Prior to joining the AEDC, Mr. Schaeffer served as President of a franchising operation and oversaw the concept’s growth within the state of Texas.
He and his wife, Dina, and their three children have lived in Allen since 1999.
Emad Siddiqi grew up in Allen, Texas and previously served on the Board of Adjustments, Building and Standards Commission and Sign Control Board for the City of Allen. During his time with the Board, he acted in a quasi-judicial capacity to review land use regulation and court orders for enforcement of standards.
With a B.S. from U.T. Dallas and a J.D from OCU School of Law, his background includes data integration, corporate governance and contracts. His primary expertise is in Intellectual Property and he currently works for the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He volunteers his time with different community organizations including Allen CERT and local Inventor groups.
Clemencich was elected to Allen City Council in 2017 and reelected in 2020. and has a long history of volunteering in the Allen community. He appreciates Allen’s community spirit and believes its parks, schools and city facilities make it a wonderful place to live, work and play. Since his election, he has served on numerous committees and boards for the City of Allen. Outside of his city and board duties, Clemencich supports the Allen Community Development Board, the Allen Parks and Recreation Board and the Allen Independent School District Board.
Clemencich is a certified public accountant (CPA) with over 30 years’ experience in finance and corporate accounting. He holds a B.S. and M.S. in accounting and an M.B.A. in corporate finance. He and his wife, Laurie, have been married for over 30 years; they have five children and four grandchildren. They are members of St. Jude’s Catholic Church in Allen.
Mr. Litinas is a Michigan native and a graduate of the University of Michigan. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is currently Vice President with Trez Capital Texas, a real estate lender and investor, and has held that position since early 2013. Prior to that time, Mr. Litinas was Chief Financial Officer for Grand Homes, a large, privately-owned Dallas homebuilder.
Mr. Litinas has been active in the community, volunteering with such organizations as the Allen Eagles Lacrosse Club, Boy Scouts of America,
and the First United Methodist Church of Allen.
He and his wife, Kathy, have two sons and have lived in Allen since 1995.
